All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. harta333 does not accept third-party deposits. Any funds deposited from accounts not belonging to the registered player will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. Conversion rates are clearly displayed at the time of deposit initiation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, harta333 will contact the Player to arrange an alternative disbursement method.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Processing times may extend to up to 24 hours during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to the Player's last verified payment method, provided all withdrawal conditions have been met and no breach has occurred.

Where material changes are made, harta333 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform. The effective date of the revised Terms will be clearly indicated at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any amendments, you must cease use of the Platform and notify us of your intention to close your Account.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which harta333 is incorporated and licensed to operate.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and harta333, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation via our customer support channels. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration institution.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent harta333 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate business interests.
